Request Detention Center Records
Use the official Allen County open-records form or send an adequate written request through the jail contact. Kentucky's Open Records Act permits hand, mail, fax, and email delivery of a proper request. It generally requires a written agency response within five business days. The official Allen County court page is the local starting point. AOC does not keep each individual case file. Archived files require locator information from the clerk because the State Records Center cannot run a name search. Keeping the case number makes older release verification much easier.
State Releases From Allen County

KOOL's minimum expiration, parole eligibility, maximum expiration, projected, and proposed dates are not interchangeable. A projected milestone can change because of credits, a detainer, discipline, another sentence, court action, or processing. The dated release transaction and facility confirmation are stronger proof of actual departure.
Allen County Release Logistics
